Jana is a native of northwestern Ohio and a professional genealogist with over 30 years experience. She specializes in research in Ohio and became a Certified Genealogist in November 2005. In April 201, she became a Fellow of the Ohio Genealogical Society. She is currently a director for the Federation of Genealogical Societies and is a past trustee for the Ohio Genealogical Society serving over 20 years on the board.

Prior to joining to the memorial industry, Mark was a small business consultant for two public accounting firms.

Scott Neal, CPA (inactive), General Manager of Paradise Pictures, LLC, served on the Board of Directors of MBNA as the President of the Supplier Bronze Division during 2009 and 2010. Prior to joining the monument industry in 1999, Scott was able to see and consult with many Entrepreneurial sized companies an auditor for Ernst & Young, and brings a wealth of knowledge to help you run your business better financially.

Bobby Mattos, AICA is a 5th generation memorialist from Bras and Mattos Monument Company. He was raised in the business but began working full time in the industry after earning his B.A. in History at California State University Sacramento in 2003. He has owned and operated his own stone carving gallery, instructed and taught creative stone carving technique seminars at several conventions and workshops across the country.

Brian Rowley owns Memorialist Media, a creative agency dedicated to the specialized needs of memorialists. He earned a degree in Economics from UCLA and filmed the "Memorial Day Project 2012" video. Brian is currently engaged in realizing the vision of the MBFilms committee to create media that will show the general public that memorialists make a product that is more relevant than ever.
